About the kit

This kit is comprised of a 3D printed plastic chassis, etched nickel silver detail parts and body. It includes brass axle bushes, Greenwich wheels and couplings.

Prototype Info

Coal mining tramways utilised narrow gauge rail systems from the very beginning. In the 1950s the coal industry was modernising and switching to larger locomotives and rolling stock. This type of coal tub is based upon those operated both underground and on the surface but is of generic design. The under-frame features inside frames and hand brakes acting on all wheels. They are the perfect accompaniment to the Huwood Hudswell mine locomotive.

The tub measures 40mm x 15mm x 15mm.

Each pack includes enough parts to make 3 wagons.
