Typically sized either 4^1/4" or 6^3/8" high.

• 4mm:ft / 00 gauge • order 1.4mm or 2.1mm high
• 7mm:ft / 0 gauge • order 2.5mm or 3.7mm high
• 10mm:ft / Gauge 1 • order 3.3mm or 5mm high
